Terms of Use

These are website terms only. Any flooring, shower, bathroom, or remodeling project is governed by the final written proposal, contract, product documents, and other project-specific terms accepted by the customer and Galaxy Remodeling LLC.

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Galaxy Remodeling LLC doing business as Flooring & Showers (“Flooring & Showers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering an agreement to use the website to request services or an appointment.

2. Website information is general

Website content is provided for general information, design inspiration, and initial project planning. It is not a final product recommendation, engineering or architectural advice, a construction specification, or a substitute for inspecting the property and reviewing current manufacturer instructions.

Colors, textures, dimensions, and finishes may look different on a screen. Product availability, specifications, pricing, lead times, installation requirements, and warranties can change. Photographs may show our completed work, work in progress, or clearly identified inspiration; they do not promise an identical result.

3. Enquiries, estimates, and appointments

Sending a form or AI-concierge project summary is an enquiry only. It does not create a construction contract, obligate either party to proceed, reserve materials, establish a final price, or confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only through the booking calendar or direct confirmation from our office.

“Free estimate” and “free consultation” descriptions apply to eligible new projects within our service area and may be subject to project type, location, access, scheduling, and other reasonable qualifications. The office may confirm eligibility before a visit.

Any preliminary range or discussion may change after measurements, site conditions, demolition findings, product selection, preparation requirements, taxes, permits, specialty trades, or other project details are reviewed.

4. AI Design Concierge

The AI Design Concierge is an automated assistant, not a human designer, estimator, licensed tradesperson, or emergency service. Its answers may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Do not rely on it to diagnose leaks, mold, asbestos, structural, plumbing, electrical, code, safety, or other hazardous conditions.

The concierge cannot confirm appointments, service-area acceptance, final pricing, warranties, product availability, technical feasibility, or project scope. Those matters require review by our office and, when appropriate, an on-site assessment and written agreement.

Do not submit payment-card information, passwords, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information through the concierge or contact form. Use of the concierge is also subject to our AI privacy disclosure.

5. Products, installation, and project agreements

Manufacturers’ current written specifications, care instructions, installation requirements, exclusions, and warranties control their products. References to “waterproof,” “water-resistant,” “eco-friendly,” “low-VOC,” “durable,” or similar terms must be evaluated using the relevant current product documentation and the intended application.

Final project obligations exist only in a written agreement accepted by the customer and Galaxy Remodeling LLC. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls for that project.

6. Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful personal or business evaluation of our services. You may not:

• interfere with the website, probe security, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access;
• use automated tools to overload, scrape, copy, or extract the website except as permitted by law and standard search-engine practices;
• submit false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or unlawful content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent authority to act for someone else;
• attempt to obtain hidden instructions, credentials, API keys, or confidential system information; or
• use website content or AI output to violate law or another person’s rights.

We may limit or block access when reasonably necessary to secure the website, investigate misuse, comply with law, or protect users and our business.

7. Website content and intellectual property

The website’s design, text, logos, graphics, arrangement, and original photographs are owned by or licensed to Flooring & Showers and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print a reasonable copy for your personal evaluation of our services. No other license is granted.

You may not republish, sell, modify, remove ownership notices from, or commercially exploit our content without written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Third-party services and links

The website may embed or link to services operated by others, including an appointment calendar, map, email, social media, hosting, or artificial-intelligence provider. We do not control third-party services, and their terms and privacy policies apply. A link does not necessarily mean we endorse every statement, product, or practice on the linked site.

9. Availability, disclaimers, and limitation of liability

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate but do not promise that it will always be available, secure, error-free, or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties created solely by website use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galaxy Remodeling LLC and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or changes rights provided by a signed project agreement or applicable consumer law.

10. Changes, Arizona law, and contact

We may update these terms when the website, our services, or legal requirements change. The “Effective” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These website terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement about use of the website and do not replace a signed project agreement.
