This policy applies to flooringandshowers.com and information submitted through its contact form and AI Design Concierge. A third-party booking service or external website may also apply its own privacy policy.

1. Who we are

“Flooring & Showers,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Galaxy Remodeling LLC doing business as Flooring & Showers, an Arizona contractor serving the Phoenix metropolitan area. Our Arizona contractor license is ROC 305021.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Depending on how you use the website, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, project address or ZIP code, project interests, message, requested appointment information, and the content of a conversation with the AI Design Concierge.

Information collected automatically

Our website and hosting providers may receive technical information ordinarily sent by a browser, such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, and security or diagnostic logs. We use this information to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.

Information from other sources

If you communicate with us through another service, such as an appointment scheduler, email provider, telephone service, or social platform, we may receive the information that service makes available to us according to your settings and its policies.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

• respond to questions and project enquiries;
• send the requested enquiry confirmation and follow-up communications;
• help arrange an in-home consultation or other requested service;
• prepare for a consultation and understand project interests;
• operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website and its forms;
• detect misuse, spam, fraud, or technical problems;
• maintain appropriate business records; and
• comply with law, protect rights and safety, and resolve disputes.

Submitting a contact request does not itself create a construction contract or confirm an appointment.

4. AI Design Concierge

The website offers an AI Design Concierge to answer general questions and help visitors organize project ideas. Messages and limited recent conversation context are sent securely from our server to an artificial-intelligence service provider so a response can be generated. Our current API request is configured not to store responses for model training; the provider may still process or retain limited data when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or service operation under its applicable business terms and policies.

The concierge stores a short conversation history, session identifier, and information it tentatively extracts from the conversation in your browser’s session storage so the conversation can continue during that browser session. It does not confirm appointments, final prices, warranties, construction conditions, or project scope.

Please do not provide payment-card details, passwords, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information in the concierge or contact form.

5. Cookies, session storage, and similar technologies

The concierge uses browser session storage for its current-session conversation. Session storage is generally removed when that browser tab or session is closed, and you can clear it through your browser controls. Our hosting and security providers may use necessary cookies or similar technologies to deliver and protect the website. Embedded or linked third-party services, including the appointment calendar and web fonts, may use their own technologies under their policies.

We do not currently operate our own behavioral-advertising or cross-site targeted-advertising program on this website.

6. Service providers and disclosure

We may disclose information to vendors that help us operate the website and respond to you, including website hosting and security, email delivery, appointment scheduling, and artificial-intelligence service providers. They may process information only for the services they provide to us and under their applicable agreements and policies.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect the rights, property, safety, and security of customers, the public, our company, or others; investigate misuse; obtain professional advice; or complete a merger, financing, sale, or other business transaction subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to enquiries, providing requested services, maintaining business and legal records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of record and context.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and our operations. No internet transmission, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have additional rights. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.

You can choose not to provide optional information, close the concierge, clear browser storage, use browser privacy controls, or contact us by telephone instead. Enquiry confirmations and replies are service communications, not marketing subscriptions.

9. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults seeking property-improvement services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and appropriately delete it.

10. External services, changes, and governing language

Links and embedded features operated by third parties are governed by those parties’ policies, not this policy. We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The “Effective” date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
